Business Operations & Automation Hub

Status: Concept. An operations hub I designed from the autonomy tiers in my own website brief; no code exists yet. Data shown is illustrative.

The problem

A supply business runs hundreds of small tasks a day: invoices, credit notes, support tickets. Automating them is hard to trust, because the risky few look like the routine many. An owner needs to see what ran on its own, what went to a person, and what waits for them, with the amount at stake.

What I built

Millrace (an invented name) is a concept hub for Brackenfield Supply Co. (demo), an invented building-supplies distributor. It grows out of a private brief I wrote for a marketing website: four Markdown files, no code. The brief describes four autonomy tiers: routine work runs automatically, exceptions go to a person, high-stakes work waits for approval, and everything is logged.
The brief rules out dashboards for its own release, so this hub is my extrapolation. The rules, limits, approvers and stop conditions are mine.

What I can build for you

Websites, SaaS & Dashboards, from $750 for a landing page. A dashboard like this one, with charts, tables, filters and roles, starts at $2,000.

Overview: today's 1,284 tasks split by tier, with my next approval.
Autonomy rules: sixteen rules route work into three tiers; the credit-note limit becomes a line.
Workflow board: supplier invoices by step, splitting into three lanes at the route step.
Approvals & audit log: approvals by named approver, and a log every task drains into.
