DracoSlides — Scalable AI Content System

Brief: Develop a content generation system for a new DracoSlides model that could produce campaign assets in line with the brand’s visual identity.

Approach: Instead of using AI for isolated image creation, I focused on building a structured workflow that could support ongoing content development. The goal was to create a flexible system where core creative decisions remain consistent while individual elements can be changed for new campaigns. What I built: I designed an AI production pipeline in Flora AI that turns a single creative concept into a structured content workflow.

The system combines node-based logic, visual references, and brand parameters to guide image and video generation while keeping the creative direction consistent.

Outcome: A flexible AI content framework that allows key elements such as products, environments, and campaign scenarios to be updated without rebuilding the entire process. This creates a more efficient approach to producing new brand assets at scale.

Why it matters: For brands, the opportunity is not just creating individual AI visuals, but developing a reliable content system that can support launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing social production while preserving a recognizable visual identity.
