Project: Cash Management and Payment Application
Project Description: This initiative focused on modernizing and scaling an enterprise-level cash management system to streamline liquidity management, optimize transaction workflows, and support complex payment processing across regional and cross-border jurisdictions. Key objectives included enhancing system performance for high-volume transaction handling, integrating advanced tools for automated reconciliation, and introducing a unified platform to manage domestic, regional, and international payment rails (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, and local clearinghouses).
Role Details:
Solution Design & Implementation: Spearheaded end-to-end process solutions by analyzing user needs, designing workflows, and overseeing implementation to address business challenges.
Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Gathered stakeholder inputs, identified gaps in existing systems, and translated complex business needs into comprehensive functional specifications (FRDs) and user stories.
Technical & Functional Advisory: Evaluated existing systems and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to propose innovative solutions that balanced technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Conducted requirements walkthroughs with developers and QA teams to ensure clarity, resolve ambiguities, and maintain alignment throughout the SDLC.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Reviewed test plans, scripts, and defect logs, and actively participated in end-to-end UAT coordination to validate solutions against acceptance criteria.
Project Delivery Management: Orchestrated end-to-end project execution by prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and tracking progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
End-to-End Ownership: Drove assigned project components from ideation through deployment, including post-implementation reviews to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitated seamless communication across regional and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and deliverables through structured governance frameworks.
