BILLS REMINDER APP CASE STUDY

As an adult with a busy schedule, keeping track of your bills can be daunting. It's not uncommon to feel overwhelmed and stressed out by the sheer amount of bills that need to be paid each month. This can lead to missed due dates, which can be frustrating and costly. Whether it's an important bill like rent or a less significant one like a subscription service, missing a payment can have serious consequences. That's why having a reliable way to stay on top of all your bills is essential

I've chosen the design thinking method to execute this project efficiently, enabling innovative problem-solving, empathizing with users, and delivering user-centric solutions through rapid prototyping and testing.

I researched using a Google form to understand users' needs and opinions on using an application, as well as whether they have used a similar application before. I received responses from eight participants.

Based on the survey results, it is evident that most participants forget about their outstanding bills, and do not keep track of them. However, they expressed interest in having an application that can remind them of their bills.

A minimalist design

Features to help categorize bills into paid, upcoming, paid, and reoccurring bills

Continuous notification of bills until bills are settled

A weekly and monthly report of different types of bills..
