A few months ago, I came across Steven, the founder of FjØRD, through a mutual friend’s Instagram story. He had a powerful product — cold plunge tubs inspired by his own transformation during a trip to Norway in 2014. That icy moment in the Oslofjord changed him forever, and now he’s on a mission to share the power of resilience, recovery, and intentional living through cold therapy.
But his Shopify store wasn’t reflecting the premium quality or story behind his Sport and Lux plunge tubs.
So, I reached out with a simple idea:

I designed a completely new Shopify store using a paid theme focused on luxury design, storytelling, and high-end product presentation.
We refined product pages with SEO descriptions, embedded social proof, and beautiful media.
The launch helped FjØRD present not just a product — but a mission.

Even with a polished website, FjØRD needed visibility and regular touchpoints to drive interest and trust.
Many site visitors weren’t coming back, and the brand needed more consistent content and outreach.
Our solution:
We started publishing SEO blog posts (education, testimonials, and recovery tips).
We launched monthly email and SMS campaigns with Klaviyo — keeping his audience engaged and informed.
We even partnered with Tenneyson for cross-brand Instagram Reels — showing how wellness rituals like mindful drinks and cold plunges pair perfectly.
These steps helped FjØRD grow traffic and boost retention.

As the brand grew, Steven needed automation and scalable systems to keep up.
Without automation, Steven was spending too much time manually handling social media leads and follow-ups.
We implemented ManyChat automation to capture leads directly from Instagram DMs and comments — connecting them to Klaviyo for ongoing nurturing.
We continue to optimize product SEO, write new blog articles, and develop reels and content ideas for Instagram.
Plus, we’re planning even more community-focused events and affiliate campaigns.
