Inferno Design Group

Project Objective:

To create a business identity for Inferno Design group that reflects it's level of experience with small business and startups, in a variety of industries across the USA & the UK.

Discovering the Pain Points:

The biggest pain point in this project was the branding and having the ability to differentiate between my personal brand and my agency brand. For years I had both labeled under The Designer Dev L.L.C, that created challenges in several areas including clear representation of my freelancing career vs. my full-time professional career. By separating the two online entity’s I have created two clear brands, guidelines, and established the Inferno Design Group's online presence prominently across 13+ US states and New Zealand.

Process Highlights:

User testing and continued monitoring for user satisfaction and engagement with Hotjar + Google Analytics.

The Solution:

Unique branding, prominent client representation, and a high-ranking, responsive, and accessible website.

What I Learned + Next Steps:

I learned to use Framer as a powerful tool for not only no-code development but also for quick efficient design in a Figma like atmosphere. The next steps for Inferno Design group is to continue its growth by: continuing to A/B test, conduct user research with Hotjar, analytics, and surveys, as well as to continue to iterate its design as the business grows.
