Core challenge: multi-step booking flow that feels simple but handles complex logic — categories, specialist availability, and order management in one native iOS & Android experience. Built a full component library with availability states, trust signals (ratings, verified badges, transparent pricing), and dev-ready documentation with auto-layout components, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Mascot reduces cold-start anxiety — users see personality before they search, making the platform feel trustworthy from the first tap.

Users struggle to find and book a trusted local expert quickly — most platforms show too many irrelevant results, hide pricing until the last step, and offer no real sense of who the specialist is before booking.

Designed a dual-entry home screen — category grid for explorers, filtered specialist list with real-time availability for users who know what they need. All booking decisions consolidated on one screen: experience, rating, bio, calendar and time slots visible before the first tap. 3-step order flow breaks complex input into manageable decisions without overwhelming the user. Trust signals — verified badges, ratings, transparent pricing — visible at every stage of the flow.
