Growing Podcast with Short Clips

Objective:

Client just started a new IG profile for her podcast - Kindly Gifted and needed to repurpose her existing podcast episodes into engaging bite-size clips for TikTok, IG Reels and Youtube Shorts. The purpose is to drive more listens to her podcast episodes.

Challenge:

Client doesn't have video footages, only audio

Client was overwhelmed with extracting the best parts of the episodes

Solutions:

Instead of a basic caption-only clip with audio, I experimented by inserting relevant footages, GIFs, images, emojis while ensuring the clip was engaging and the storytelling flow made an impact.

I personally listened to the episodes multiple times (no AI used) to extract the best parts which hook in her ideal audience
