Mako Balev is a unique farm-to-table restaurant and event space nestled next to its own working farm. The brand needed a modern, immersive digital experience that captures the connection between nature, food, and celebration.

My focus? Create a sleek, narrative-driven website that inspires visitors to explore Mako Balev in person and makes event booking seamless.

Mako Balev’s story is deeply rooted in nature and sustainability, but their previous digital presence didn’t reflect that. The website needed to be more than just functional—it had to feel like an extension of the experience guests have when visiting in person.

Additionally, the event booking process needed to be intuitive and user-friendly to drive more inquiries for weddings, private dinners, and farm tours.

I crafted a homepage experience that walks users through the farm-to-table journey, using earthy tones, clean typography, and organic shapes to reflect Mako Balev’s personality.

The site needed to feel intuitive and natural, making it easy for users to discover everything Mako Balev offers—from the restaurant menu to event inquiries.
