TCS - Website Redesign

A research-led redesign of The Collective Studio, an online design community hosting remote design sprints. Over 4–6 months, I conducted usability testing, interviews, and research synthesis to uncover clarity and trust gaps in the existing website. Insights directly informed information architecture, content hierarchy, and key UI decisions. This case study highlights how qualitative research translated into concrete design execution within a small cross-functional team.
