Client was not able to send mass emails anymore from their server. Turned out a process limit issue in Dovecot which I in addition to other stuff fixed promptly

Project Description:
The SaaS relied heavily on mass outgoing emails which would often clog the servers. Client needed help with the issue so I hopped on.
The IMAP server, Dovecot was not configured properly to handle over 100 processes concurrently.

Fix:
Fixed the issue by tweaking the relevant configuration files and raising the limits. A quick restart, and voila! All good.
