The goal of this project is to build an SOP that will serve as an easy-to-digest guide to teach web developers how to properly build websites while maintaining the high quality of service and quick turnaround that this agency is offering.
PROCESS
The CEO and I dive into a Discovery Call to check if we're fit to work together and to see if I can actually help him
We scheduled another call but this time a longer one which I called the Kick-Off call to basically kick off the project and extract all the data I need.
The CEO sent me additional loom videos that I can use for this project.
I extracted all the data and dump it into a scratch.
Based on the data, I created a process map out and share it with the CEO to make sure that the whole process is accurate.
After approval, I started building out the SOP based on the process map out.
After the completion of the first draft, we hopped on a call including the team member who will use the SOP. We want to always include them in the process.
After getting feedback, I finalized the SOP and sent the final version.
RESULT
The CEO of the agency won't be needing to answer the questions of the new developer every single time and he can always refer them to the SOP.
Even without his presence, he's assured that things are getting done correctly.
More time for the CEO to focus on acquiring more clients and scaling the agency.
