Couponic - Saas Voucher and Ticket Web App

Couponic needed a SaaS platform that let businesses sell vouchers and tickets online with minimal friction. The product had to serve a wide range of users, from solo service providers to larger businesses running promotions, so the interface needed to be powerful enough for complex use cases but simple enough for someone setting up their first voucher in 5 minutes.

We designed the complete web application experience, focusing on making the creation and management of vouchers and tickets as intuitive as possible.

Seller dashboard with clear analytics, order management, and voucher creation flows

Buyer-facing storefront optimized for conversion, with clean product pages and a fast checkout experience

Flexible voucher builder that supports different pricing models, expiration rules, and redemption methods

Responsive design that works seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile

The entire product was designed in Figma with a modular component system that made it easy for the development team to build and iterate quickly.
