Nourished Plus is an AI-powered mobile app for individuals managing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). It offers personalized, science-backed advice to help users take control of their health, from regulating hormones and managing weight to improving skin, hair, and fertility outcomes.

PCOS affects millions of people worldwide. Nourished Plus bridges the gap between generic wellness apps and the highly individualized care PCOS management requires.

Managing PCOS can feel overwhelming, especially when symptoms vary so much from person to person. Our design approach focused on creating an intuitive, empathetic, and highly personalized user experience:

Simple symptom onboarding: Users answer a few questions about their symptoms, such as acne, irregular periods, or weight gain.

AI-driven insights: Based on symptom data, the app provides tailored recommendations across nutrition, exercise, stress, and lifestyle.

Dynamic guidance: As users track changes or log updates, the app adjusts its advice to stay aligned with current needs.

The goal was to provide structure without pressure—support without information overload.

To build quickly without compromising flexibility, we used FlutterFlow for front-end development and integrated it with Firebase and external AI services.
