Create an immersive, emotionally resonant landing page for a dual-format documentary about Galicia's ancient "curro" horse-gathering tradition. The site needed to promote both an immersive installation experience at Cannes 2025 and a feature documentary while capturing the wild spirit of the subject matter.
APPROACH
I developed a website that blends cinematic visual language with an intuitive user experience:
Atmospheric Video Background: Implemented a full-screen video hero showcasing glimpses of galloping horses and misty Galician landscapes to immediately transport visitors
Dual Experience Promotion: Created distinct yet cohesive sections for both the immersive installation and feature documentary formats
Content Strategy: Crafted concise, evocative copy that communicates the emotional essence of the project without overwhelming visitors
Horizontal Storytelling: Designed a scrolling gallery and partner showcase to reflect the linear journey of the horses across the landscape
RESULTS
Supported the promotion of the Cannes 2025-nominated immersive experience
A 80% increased in global engagement on the website and a hike surge in the film's social media engagement
Successfully supported the simultaneous marketing of two different viewing formats
