pgfence | PostgreSQL Migration Analysis & Developer Tooling

Built an open-source tool that extracts SQL from supported ORM migrations, parses PostgreSQL statements, and explains lock modes and risk. Added conservative rewrite guidance, transaction-aware fixes, explicit unknown-input handling, and shared CLI, CI and editor analysis. Distributed through npm, VS Code and GitHub Actions; Prisma publishes a SQL-migration integration guide.
