Built a closed-source rental-property application connecting units, tenants and contracts to meter readings, monthly charges and payment tracking. Features include per-meter utility pricing, owner-scoped monthly views and outstanding balances for unpaid, partial and settled charges. Built with Next.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL. This is a development case study; gallery screens use English demonstration data.
