Digital Marketing Strategy

So I opened Fiverr to realise that I got an order for a digital marketing plan and Market research. So I started the project right off the bat and my client had this Instagram page which was just under 1000 followers he wanted me to create a marketing strategy and an action plan to implement it, I completed it in 4 days and submitted it.After 30 days there was a message in my inbox saying" hey buddy your strategy worked real good my Instagram has 20k followers now, you want to get into a partner ship".
