Automated Proposal Generation Workflow for Coffee Wize

I designed and implemented a fully automated Proposal Generation Workflow using Make.com for Coffee Wize. This project dramatically streamlined the sales cycle for them, allowing them to deliver personalized, professional proposals within minutes—often before a discovery call even concludes.

Recognizing the friction points in traditional sales processes, I engineered a system where:

Discovery Data Capture: Key client information (problems, proposed solutions, pricing) is quickly entered into a custom Typeform during or immediately after a discovery call.

Intelligent Content Generation: This data is fed to OpenAI (GPT-3.5/GPT-4). Leveraging my analytical approach, I configured the AI to transform concise inputs into compelling, client-specific problem statements, customized solution narratives, and sophisticated project milestones and timelines.

Dynamic Proposal Assembly: All generated content, along with static fields and dynamic calculations for pricing and deposits, is seamlessly injected into a branded PandaDoc template.

Instant Delivery & Payment: The complete proposal is then automatically emailed to the client via Make.com's email module, enabling immediate review, digital signing, and payment directly through PandaDoc.
