With this project I wanted to take on the redesign of a book already on my bookshelf and take a different approach in the visual language than I had seen already out there. I took inspiration from the source material, wanting to create imagery that sets the tone for the content of the book.

I found my first rounds to be both too extreme and too... mild? So in my third iteration of the book cover I aimed to land somewhere in the middle, which led me here.
