Box Run 3D: A Unity Game Development

I recently completed the development of Box Run 3D, an exciting mobile game built using the Unity game engine. This project allowed me to combine my passion for mobile app development with my skills in game development to create an engaging and challenging experience for players.

The core gameplay of Box Run 3D revolves around controlling a box as it navigates through a series of obstacle-filled levels. One of the biggest challenges I faced was creating a smooth and responsive control system that felt natural on a touch screen device. I experimented with different input methods and ultimately implemented a system that allows players to easily maneuver the box while maintaining a sense of speed and momentum.

To further enhance the gameplay, I incorporated a variety of obstacles and challenges. This included moving platforms, rotating hazards, and narrow passages that require precise timing and control to overcome. I utilized Unity's 3D physics engine to ensure realistic interactions between the box and the environment.

Creating the 3D models and animations for the game required me to utilize my skills in 3D modeling and animation. I also implemented particle effects and dynamic lighting to enhance the visual appeal of the game.

To ensure the game ran smoothly on a variety of mobile devices, I focused on performance optimization. This involved optimizing the game's assets and code to minimize lag and ensure a consistent frame rate.

Box Run 3D is a testament to my skills in mobile game development and my ability to create engaging and challenging gameplay experiences. The project allowed me to deepen my understanding of Unity's capabilities, particularly in the areas of 3D physics and mobile optimization.
