Building the Isla del Punto Website

Creating the online home for Isla del Punto, the "Isle of Stitch," was a truly engaging project. The vision was clear: to build a digital sanctuary that mirrors the calming and creative experience of cross stitching.

Our goal was to translate the unique spirit of Isla del Punto into a user-friendly and visually appealing website. This meant showcasing the beautiful and "doable" cross-stitch patterns, designed by a creator with a heart tied to Puerto Rico's vibrant culture and a passion for celebrating diverse inspirations, from heritage to fandoms.

We focused on making the website a seamless extension of the brand. Highlighting features like easily downloadable digital patterns and complete kits with clear, beginner-friendly instructions was crucial. The site was designed to feel like a "little vacation, needle in hand", not another task on a to-do list.

Furthermore, integrating the powerful message behind Isla del Punto's designs was paramount. The website needed to clearly communicate the brand's support for important social causes and the commitment to donating 25% of profits. It was inspiring to build a platform that not only sells beautiful patterns but also champions meaningful change.
