Unified Workforce (UWF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping underrepresented communities find employment and educational opportunities through career coaching.
When I first connected with Karen, she expressed significant apprehension about incorporating new technologies into their operations. Despite recognizing that digital transformation was inevitable in their field, she was uncertain how these tools could benefit their people-centered approach without disrupting her core mission.
