Bidra | Modern Proposal and Client Management Platform for Custom Manufacturers

Overview

Bidra is a minimalist proposal, CRM, and client portal platform built specifically for custom furniture manufacturers and project based production companies.
The goal was to replace fragmented workflows, spreadsheets, manual PDFs, and scattered email communication with one unified and beautifully designed system.
The product was built using Lovable to move from idea to production quickly while maintaining high quality UI and system flexibility.

The Challenge

Custom furniture manufacturers typically face several operational problems:
• Proposals created manually in Word or PDF • Product pricing stored in spreadsheets • Segment based pricing handled manually • Delivery timelines communicated via email • No structured approval flow • No post acceptance client visibility • Disconnected CRM and production tracking
This creates delays, pricing inconsistencies, missed follow ups, and a non premium customer experience.
The real challenge was to create a system that feels as premium as the furniture brands using it while solving complex operational workflows behind the scenes.

We built Bidra as an all in one proposal and lifecycle management platform.

Dynamic Product and Pricing Engine Segment based pricing, quantity logic, discount rules, and manual override capability built directly into the proposal workflow.

Client Portal Once accepted, the proposal transforms into a dedicated client dashboard with production tracking, document sharing, timeline updates, and communication tools.

Reference and Case Study Integration Proposals automatically suggest similar projects to build trust and improve conversion rates.
