Marketing Strategy Case Study for Fun Times Cakes
Shelley runs Fun Times Cakes, a vegan cake company. She’s had some success in her local area selling vegan cakes from her market stall but would like to build her business with the hope of running it full time and preferably with some extra staff. She’s noticed that her birthday cakes sell particularly well. She’s also noticed that other cake companies offer delivery and seem to be doing quite well from it. Shelley needs a marketing strategy to help Fun Times Cakes grow.
