One Day Kajabi Website for a Faith-Based Discipleship Nonprofit
From “We Need a Clear Online Home” to a Polished Kajabi Site in One Day
The Story
Pathway Discipleship is a faith-based nonprofit focused on stateside discipleship mission work. They offer coaching, mentorship, and addiction recovery support, walking closely with people in some of the most challenging seasons of their lives.
As their programs grew, they needed a website that could clearly communicate who they are, what they offer, and how to get help — without a long, drawn-out build.
They found me through the Kajabi Experts directory and booked a Website in a Day to get a clean, functional site launched quickly.
The Strategy: Clarity, Warmth, and Simplicity
We started with a detailed questionnaire, a shared ClickUp client portal, and a 45-minute prep call to align on:
Their mission and audience
The key programs that needed visibility
The core actions they wanted visitors to take
The goal was to create a warm, welcoming Kajabi site that feels aligned with their ministry and simple enough for them to maintain themselves.

During the five-hour design block, plus same-day revisions, I:
Designed a custom 5-page Kajabi website centered on their mission and programs
Styled the blog Home, Search, and Post layouts so future content fits seamlessly
Uploaded and formatted one initial blog post with images, links, and SEO settings

DIY content writing guide to prep strong website copy
Two hours of revisions at the end of the day
Training videos so they can confidently edit and expand the site
Two weeks of follow-up email support after launch
