From “We’ve Never Had a Funnel” to a Fully Mapped Launch Journey
The Story
The Drum Set Coach is a drum school offering both online and in-person instruction, helping students go from beginner to professional-level drummers.
They’ve been using Kajabi for eight years, but had never built a complete sales funnel. With a new program ready to launch, they knew they needed more than a landing page and a few emails — they needed a conversion-focused funnel that could support this launch and future ones.
That’s where I came in.
The Strategy: Make the Launch Repeatable
Our goal was simple: create a sales funnel that felt manageable, strategic, and repeatable.
Before opening Kajabi, we:
Mapped out the journey from webinar registration → nurture → live event → offer → follow-up
Clarified what their ideal students needed to see to feel confident enrolling
Kept everything inside the tools they already use: Kajabi, Acuity, and Zapier
The Build: 2 VIP Days of Focused Implementation
Over two VIP Days (6 hours + 4 hours), I built a complete webinar funnel inside Kajabi, including:
Webinar opt-in page & form
Webinar confirmation page
Webinar nurture sequence leading up to the live event
Event confirmation & reminder emails
Post-webinar “book a call” nurture sequence
Webinar offer page for the new program
Webinar replay page
4 video nurture pages to keep leads engaged
On the tech side, I also:
Set up Zapier automations to connect Acuity and Kajabi
Created forms and tags to segment leads based on their actions
Ensured the entire funnel flow was testable, trackable, and ready to launch

The Result: Confidence in Their First Real Funnel
It’s still early in terms of funnel data, but the transformation on the backend is huge.
