I designed a comprehensive presentation for a luxury holiday village proposal located on the banks of the River Garnock in Ardeer. The proposal showcases a high-end, eco-conscious leisure destination set within a rich natural landscape of beaches, sand dunes, countryside, and views of the Isle of Arran.

The presentation clearly communicates the resort’s vision, featuring premium amenities such as a public leisure facility with a subtropical pool, fitness and sports areas, family attractions, dining experiences, and a fully pedestrianised, environmentally friendly site layout. It also highlights exclusive guest-only features including a luxury eco spa, secure access, and thoughtfully zoned accommodation ranging from luxury lodges to eco pods and tree houses.

The overall design approach emphasizes sustainability, guest experience, and harmony with the surrounding environment and protected landscapes, presenting the holiday village as a refined, nature-focused destination for relaxation and recreation.
