P2p SMS Application

I designed and developed an application capable of handling large volumes of SMS transmissions while incorporating an agent-based help center. The system efficiently manages incoming requests using queuing algorithms to allocate available agents dynamically. Built with NestJS for the backend and Next.js for the frontend, the platform ensures scalability, high performance, and seamless real-time interactions. As a full-stack developer, I played a key role in architecting and implementing the core functionalities, optimizing system efficiency, and enhancing user experience.
