The Brief

Allen Carr's Easyway had a Top Tips series that had already accumulated over 10 million views. They wanted to polish it into a flagship long-form video and repurpose it into 10 TikTok-ready shorts. The content needed to feel fresh, retain viewers longer, and drive traffic to their courses.

My Approach

I re-edited the existing footage with faster pacing, tighter cuts, and better story flow. Added captions throughout (critical for social retention), cleaned up audio, and built transitions that kept energy high without feeling rushed.
For the 10 shorts, I identified the most standalone tips from the long-form piece and restructured each one as a self-contained vertical video with its own hook, value delivery, and CTA. Each short was optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels with platform-specific aspect ratios and caption styling.
Collaborated with Colleen Dwyer on the production side to ensure consistency across all deliverables.

The Result

A flagship video plus 10 social shorts, all delivered within 4 weeks. The series maintained the warmth and credibility Allen Carr's is known for while dramatically improving pacing and retention. The shorts gave them a month's worth of social content from a single production effort.
