In 2025, I led a large-scale institutional project for Instituto Dragão do Mar (IDM), one of Brazil’s most significant cultural management organizations. The 2024 Management Report was reimagined to transcend traditional reporting standards, adopting a sophisticated editorial magazine format.

Departing from conventional institutional layouts, the report features 19 in-depth articles written by managers and coordinators across the organization’s 16 public facilities. This editorial approach blends high-level management data with qualitative narratives, showcasing the social impact and cultural reach of the Institute across the state.

Editorial design, creative direction, and complex data visualization. The challenge was to synthesize diverse voices and extensive data into a cohesive, premium publication that functions as both a transparency document and a brand positioning tool.
