Snail’s House – Loop Animation Series

For this project, I created four vibrant looping animations set to the playful, energetic sounds of Snail’s House. Each loop was carefully crafted to bring yknsugar’s whimsical illustrations to life, while maintaining the charm and spirit of the original artwork.

The focus of the work was on motion design and timing: subtle parallax shifts, rhythmic character movement, and atmospheric effects that harmonize with the music’s pace and tone. Using After Effects and Photoshop, I ensured that each loop flowed seamlessly, allowing them to stand alone or integrate smoothly into music video visuals.

The result is a series of animations that feel lively and immersive, designed to amplify the emotional impact of Snail’s House’s sound. By highlighting the expressive possibilities of 2D motion, the project demonstrates how illustration and animation can merge into joyful visual music.
