It solves the Amazon case management, catalog, and ticketing problems through a combination of software automation and expertise. A platform that helps brands sell. For example, on Amazon, different brands sell their products. So Workflows help make this process easier.  I collaborate with the VP of Experience & Design to implement new design patterns and maintain an internal UI library, researching and implementing best UX practices.
