We developed a comprehensive communications plan for a leading Middle Eastern future city to promote its projects and attract investment. The plan included identifying target audiences, crafting key messages on innovation and sustainability, detailing tactical activities like digital campaigns and investor webinars, and outlining a media plan with specific engagement strategies. It also addressed potential risks with mitigation strategies and prepared responses to challenging questions. The objective was to position the client as a leader in urban innovation and sustainability, enhancing its reputation and attracting global partnerships.
