A company in the food and beverage sector was facing the challenge of validating multiple functional product concepts before development. While they had preliminary ideas around flavors and nutritional profiles, they lacked branding, packaging, and in-depth knowledge of their target market. The key question was clear: which of these concepts have real potential for success in the Mexican market?
Label Design and Product Mockups
Based on the insights gathered during the Safari, we designed the labels for each concept, integrating visual elements and relevant claims tailored to their respective segments. The mockups were created with a commercial focus, ready to be validated by real users.
Website Design for A/B Testing
For each concept, we developed two versions of a landing page with key differences in branding, value proposition, and content structure. These pages were tested using heatmaps and scrollmaps to observe user behavior, along with Typeform surveys to gather qualitative insights.
Results and Conclusion
After analyzing interaction data, engagement metrics, scroll behavior, and user responses, the concept with the best performance was identified: a protein drink that stood out for its ingredient transparency, functional effectiveness, and authentic visual appeal.
The client received clear go-to-market recommendations, including the winning concept, packaging adjustments, campaign focus, and suggestions for future product development.
