Fanvue required a scalable, high-fidelity video solution for a 50+ lesson educational course (70 minutes total). The objective was to eliminate the logistical bottleneck of filming a human presenter while maintaining the premium aesthetic users expect from the platform.

I engineered a fully automated video production pipeline using HeyGen. By synthesizing a hyper-realistic AI presenter, I delivered 50+ distinct lessons with flawless lip-sync and human-like audio modulation, ready for immediate platform distribution.

Voice Identity: Selected and tuned a voice model that aligned with Fanvue’s modern, creator-focused brand identity.

Pacing for Retention: Manually adjusted pauses and intonation (prosody) to ensure the AI presenter felt warm and engaging—crucial for holding viewer retention on a paid platform.

Avatar Consistency: Utilized a custom avatar to ensure visual continuity across all the lessons.

Lip-Sync Precision: Applied advanced script-parsing to ensure mouth movements matched complex terminology within the course material, avoiding the "robotic" look common in lower-tier AI content.
