Marketing Plan for Bookkeeping Service in Construction

The first six slides of a marketing plan I built for a small bookkeeping service that specialized in the construction industry. I first built two target personas based on her target demographic, then further research to understand this company's position in the market. I then audited the website and created a plan to improve this company's SEO, reach her target audience through strategically defined LinkedIn and Google ads, and included CRM management and email marketing to pull leads through the funnel.
