A custom maintenance and digital inspection system bringing work orders, asset information, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and checksheet progress into connected operational dashboards.
The CMMS overview highlights open and overdue work orders, maintenance priorities, upcoming preventive tasks, and critical spare parts. The assets dashboard organizes equipment by status, line, location, and criticality. The digital checksheet dashboard tracks scheduled inspections, division progress, abnormal findings, follow-up actions, and device synchronization.
Built to centralize operational records and make maintenance and inspection activity easier to review. Technologies include Node-RED, JavaScript, and MySQL/MariaDB.
