An industrial monitoring system connecting production data, automation logic, database records, and a web dashboard. The dashboard presents machine states, availability, operator assignments, job queues, and activity timelines in one place.
The project uses Node-RED, MQTT, ESP32, and MySQL/MariaDB to connect device events with operational records and a custom interface. It demonstrates integration across devices, messaging, backend processing, and dashboard presentation.
The screenshot shows the CNC line interface with run, idle, stop, and setting states, including offline machine status. The focus is clear production visibility rather than manually checking separate systems.
