Project overview
Keys and fobs are a high-intent repair need, so the landing page had to move visitors from urgency to the right local next step. We led the user-experience direction for the page, defining the information flow and conversion path while another team handled the visual design.
The challenge
Customers looking for key or fob repair need to understand the service quickly, confirm that their local store can help, and take the next step without navigating unrelated repair information.
The approach
We directed the UX of the landing page, shaping content priority, decision flow, location routing, and call-to-action placement. Our role was experience direction and conversion logic, not authorship of the page's visual design.
What we delivered
• Led the UX direction for a high-intent keys and fobs landing page
• Defined information priority, decision flow, and conversion logic
• Structured location routing around the customer's next local action
• Clarified that visual design ownership sat with a separate team
The result
The page had a focused customer journey for a high-intent service, giving visitors a clearer route from repair need to local store action.
