Overview

Bonsy In Tour is a travel experience brand helping international visitors discover Italy through food, culture, and curated local experiences.
I helped transform an idea into a functioning business by designing the customer journey, digital ecosystem, operational systems, and marketing infrastructure that support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

The Challenge

The challenge wasn't creating a single product.

It was building an ecosystem that could attract, convert, support, and delight travelers across multiple touchpoints while maintaining a highly personal experience.

This required connecting content, sales, customer communication, itinerary planning, booking systems, and experience delivery into one cohesive journey.

Key Deliverables

Digital Ecosystem (Website design with Squarespace, inquiry flows with Squarespace and via email, booking experience, payment systems with Stripe, and customer onboarding)
Content & Growth (Substack strategy and copywriting, Instagram content, editorial storytelling, and lead-generation assets)
Travel Products (Free guide, paid guide, custom itineraries, and curated travel experiences using Canva and Notion)
Operations (SOPs, booking workflows, vendor coordination, customer communication, and itinerary management)

Outcome

Today, Bonsy In Tour operates as a multi-channel travel experience brand serving international visitors through curated experiences, custom itineraries, digital products, and destination content.
The business has generated hundreds of five-star testimonials and continues to grow through word of mouth, repeat travelers, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
