My participation on this project:
Complete redesign of the GIZO app's visual identity, elevating its aesthetic appeal and user engagement. Brand and logo redesign.
Raising awareness of UX best practices and incentivizing the introduction of different research methodologies: Personas workshops, user interviews, A/B testing for the user flow definition of several features and usability testing.
Produced graphic assets for marketing initiatives, contributing to the positioning of the GIZO brand in the competitive mobility market.
Crafted graphic assets for promotional materials for the iOS and Google Play stores, to enhance brand visibility and drive app downloads.
Conducted user-centric investigations that translated into tangible improvements in the overall user journey, reinforcing the app's usability and satisfaction ratings.
