As a young designer, I was able to take part in the D&AD New Blood Awards, I chose the Xbox brief and I created a campaign I called “Unbox Your Play.” The idea explored how unboxing can be more than just a physical act — it’s about unlocking imagination, creativity, and play in every form.
Although the project didn’t lead anywhere beyond the competition, it’s still a piece of work I am proud of. It taught me a lot about creative direction, storytelling, and building a campaign from the ground up. I also got to hone my 3D skills more too which is something I have been wanting to add to my skillset.
