WareHandy: inventory tools built around the work of maintenance technicians.
The problem
Teams need to find supplies quickly, record stock movements clearly, and keep working through intermittent connectivity.
My solution
I built a maintenance inventory application with traceable stock operations, offline support, and spreadsheet migration tools.
Key features
• Item search, manual entry, and barcode scanning
• Incoming/outgoing stock with quantity and context
• Low-stock monitoring and operation history
• Local caching and an offline operation queue
• Excel templates, import, and export
Engineering notes
The React/Vite application uses self-hosted Supabase/PostgreSQL, role-based workspaces, PWA installation, and an Electron packaging workflow for Windows.
