I started my career in the small nonprofit space, and eventually made my way over to SaaS! I've been in SaaS Support (and Success) for a little over 3 years. 🥳 And I love it! 🥰 My introduction to SaaS was when I joined a telehealth startup in August of 2019 (yeah, like 6 months before the pandemic - more about that here).
