Contra Partner Directory SDK + Framer Template

Contra needed a way for partners to launch expert directories on their own marketing sites without rebuilding the same API integration every time.

The first version of the scope sounded simple: build a modular front-end script that worked in Webflow through HTML attributes and in Framer through a drop-in component. Once the work got real, the shape changed. Webflow and Framer needed different implementations.

I owned both paths. For Webflow, I built the TypeScript SDK/runtime that scans data-contra attributes, fetches experts from the Contra API, renders cards into partner HTML, and supports filters, pagination, loading states, empty states, media, ratings, and analytics parameters.

For Framer, I took over the end-to-end template build and implemented the expert directory directly against the Contra API. That gave Contra a partner-ready Framer surface without waiting on another front-end handoff.

The system let partners control the visual layer while Contra owned the data layer. Partners could configure programs, map expert fields, filter by language, location, rate, and availability, and send people back into Contra with tracking attached.

I also handled the less flashy part that makes this kind of system useful: QA, UX cleanup, docs, Loom walkthroughs, Webflow integration support, and internal handoff so Contra's team could keep using it without me in the room.
