As a corporate executive heavily involved in interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding for my own teams, I utilize my own recruiting experiences along with current resume trends and statistics to provide you with the most personalized, data-driven, and well-written resume that will help you further your professional pursuits. Unfortunately, due to the amount of customized research and individual detail included in each resume I create, I am unable to post examples without needing to redact an excessive amount of information. Instead, I will detail in-depth the step-by-step process I follow to create the resumes that have garnished my amazing clients the attention they deserve from their desired employers!

From the moment I receive an inquiry, I am anxious to learn everything I can about a client's educational, professional, and unique life experiences that set them apart from the competition. I then work to understand the goals specific to every client to ensure I understand the desired job, industry, and overall intended career path. Next, I search through job postings in the desired geographic area relevant to their goals to gather not only the job requirements, but the desired skills, experience, and type of candidate those employers are seeking. I then provide the client with examples of possible resume templates based on their desired field and the amount of content in their resume to ensure the resume's aesthetic presentation matches the client's personality and desired first impression. Finally, I put all of the above together to create a targeted, unique resume that is sure to beat the algorithm and get noticed by employers in those fields. Once the final product is delivered, I am happy to work with you to make minor revisions as needed to ensure satisfaction.
