Designed, built, and launched HelpHive (helphive.me), a production-ready hyperlocal marketplace connecting people with nearby helpers for on-demand tasks.

Owned the complete product lifecycle from idea to deployment, including product architecture, backend engineering, database design, APIs, authentication, responsive frontend, deployment, and continuous product improvements.

Built location-based matching, role-based workflows, real-time notifications, and a scalable foundation capable of supporting future platform growth. The platform has grown to 200+ registered users and continues to evolve based on real user feedback.
