All of your tasks on your never ending list fall into 4 categories: ㅤ 🔥 Do Now: If these don’t get done there will be consequences. Get them done and off your plate so you don’t have to keep worrying about them. ⌛ Schedule: You do need to do these tasks at some point....but not now. Time block a time to prioritize them for when you have the space. 📦 Delegate: These things need to be done, but maybe you’re not necessary to getting them done. Ship them off to someone else you can trust to get it done (Your AI assistant?) and get some of your time back. ❌ Delete: Make this your Marie Kondo moment. “Does this bring me joy or get me closer to my goal” No? Bye-bye. 👋 ㅤ This tool has been a huge help for me as I’ve transitioned from working 9-5 to working for myself. I’m not perfect- I push off the big scary tasks or I completely forget the little stuff that’s actually very important. ㅤ When I was working through all the items that needed to be done for launching my course I knew my Launch Assistant chatbot would need to help me prioritize.
