Context

Shadiyana needed to build stronger brand awareness and audience engagement ahead of its busy wedding season. The challenge was growing both reach and genuine engagement; not just follower count, but actual interest reflected in views and activity.

Strategic Approach

The approach combined organic content growth with coordinated influencer activity and physical OOH presence, treating digital and offline channels as reinforcing each other rather than separate efforts. Creative direction extended to the copy itself, taglines and post copy were written specifically for this campaign, giving the content a consistent voice rather than relying on generic captions.
The strategy included:
Consistent, themed Instagram content to build a recognizable brand presence
A coordinated multi-influencer campaign to extend reach beyond owned channels
A large-scale OOH pole-signs campaign to build offline visibility around a specific event
Original taglines and copy to give the brand a distinct, consistent voice
Tracking engagement and profile activity as a measure of real audience interest, not just follower growth

Why It Matters

Follower growth alone doesn't prove a campaign worked, the 250% increase in organic Reel views and the engagement rate lift show the content was actually resonating with the audience it reached, not just accumulating passive followers. The original copywriting behind that content was a deliberate part of what made it land.
